Research Interests

1. Non-thermal plasma for environmental remediation & fuel reforming:

  • Plasma assisted fuel reforming;
  • VOCs removal; 
  • PM 2.5 control; 
  • Flue gas emission control. 

2. Development of pulsed power system: 

  • 200 kV MARX generator for plasma drilling; 
  • Multi-gap spark switches for plasma drilling (20J/pulse); 
  • Differentiating-integrating (DI) system for measuring fast, high amplitude voltage and current waveform
